More than 25 years in the field!
Meridian Intelec Oil and Gas Mozambique Limitada is a joint venture Engineering, Procurement, Construction and (EPC) company established by Meridian Engineering and Construction and Intelec Holdings. As an EPC JV is an African response to maximize local content and the participation of indigenous Mozambique nationals in the Oil & Gas sector.
Meridian Engineering and Construction Mauritius Limited is one of Meridian Logistics and Engineering (MLE) subsidiaries that’s incorporated in Mauritius in 2019 , MLE is an EPC firm incorporated in 2006 with experience in the delivery of high value Oil and Gas facilities and with unique skills in maximizing local content in the Ghana as well as other countries and enabling technological transfer.
Meridian was nominated for the 2018 and 2019 Oil & Gas Awards in Ghana and won the Company of the Year for Engineering and Construction for both years plus the 2019 award for Oil & Gas Logistics Company of the Year.
Intelec Holdings was incorporated in 1997 as a wholly owned indigenous Mozambique company, and considered as a tenth largest Company in Mozambique with its 2000 employees.
