The Meridian Intelec procurement function works closely with engineering and construction to ensure the timely arrival of correctly specied equipment, material, spares and tools to meet installation, commissioning and start-up requirements. In order to achieve this, we utilize dedicated professionals across all areas of the supply chain cycle to manage allfacets of the procurement operation such as vendor engagement, purchasing of equipment and materials, progress tracking and expediting, analysis of supplier quality, logistics and materials storage. When the need arises to utilize vendors or subcontractors for the provision of third party services on Meridian projects, our established subcontracting function is engaged to manage the overall subcontract cycle including the preparation and issuing of RFQs, technical and commercial evaluation of bids received, award recommendations, subcontract administration and close-out.
